By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in Morocco. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS & PRICES

We strive to present our products accurately. However, actual colors or designs may vary slightly due to screen settings.

All prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) and include free shipping. No additional fees are charged at checkout—what you see is what you pay.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

All orders placed through our site are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any order. Orders are only valid for delivery within Morocco and are fulfilled via Cash on Delivery (COD).

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 2 hours of placing it.

SECTION 4 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Shipping is free for all orders across Morocco.

  • We offer Cash on Delivery only.

  • Deliveries are made within 7–10 business days after your order is confirmed.

  • We do not deliver to PO boxes.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, national holidays, or natural events.

SECTION 5 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

We offer a 30-day return warranty on all items from the delivery date.

  • In original packaging

  • In resellable condition

You do not need to return defective or incorrect products—we may process your refund without requiring the item back.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fes, Morocco.
