Processing time: Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days depending on your payment method.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please send a photo or video of the issue to bouababdelhadi1@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

Once confirmed, you will receive either:

A full refund

Or a free replacement (your choice)

Incorrect Address or Refused Delivery

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or refused delivery, we will contact you to arrange a second delivery at no extra cost.

Exchanges

You can exchange your item for another within 30 days. The conditions are:


The item must be unused and in original packaging.

If the exchange is due to a mistake on our part (wrong size, wrong item, etc.), we cover everything.

If the reason is personal (e.g., wrong choice), we’ll still exchange it for free.
